Site Visibility & Password Protection

You have full control over who sees your website. In the Settings area under the "Basic Settings" tile, you can choose between three modes:

1. Public (Online)

This is the default mode. Your site is visible to anyone on the internet, and search engines (like Google) can index your photos.

2. Offline

This disables your public website completely. Visitors will see a "Maintenance" or "Not Available" message. Use this if you are doing major updates.

3. Private (Password Protected)

This allows you to share your site with specific clients or friends while keeping it hidden from the general public.

How to set a password

  1. Select Private in the visibility options.
  2. A password field will appear.
  3. Type a custom password or click Generate to create a secure one.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Note: If you switch back to Public, the password requirement is removed.
