Uploading Media

To add content to your portfolio, click Upload Photos in the main dashboard sidebar.

Supported Formats

• Images: JPEG, JPG, PNG.
• Video: MP4 files are supported.

Upload Settings

Before you upload, check the settings panel on the Upload page:

1. Duplicate Handling

What should happen if you upload a file with the same name as an existing one?

• Keep Both: The new file is renamed (e.g., photo-1.jpg).
• Replace: The old file is overwritten by the new version.
• Skip: The new file is ignored.

2. Default Metadata

Save time by filling in the Default Metadata fields (Photographer, Location, City, Country). These values will be automatically applied to every new upload unless the file already has embedded metadata.

3. AI Titles

Use AI Title Generation to automatically analyse your photos and suggest titles.

• Scope: Choose whether to apply this to all uploads or only those missing a title. (Only applies to images with no title in metadata by default). You can also turn this off.
